What are your opening hours?

Our shop is open:

Yes! Our specialized workshop offers complete maintenance and repair services for all types of bicycles. Our services include:

How often should I have my bike serviced?

For daily use in the city, we recommend a complete service every 6–12 months. Check monthly: tire pressure, chain lubrication, brake and gear operation.

Is the warranty included with the purchase?

Yes, all new products are covered by the 2-year statutory warranty.

Can I purchase online and pick up my order in-store in Florence?

Yes, we offer in-store pickup for all available products.

Are the products shown online also available in-store?

Online availability reflects our updated stock. To check immediate availability in-store or for products not listed online, contact us directly.

🚚 Shipping and delivery

Do you ship bikes throughout Italy?

Yes, we ship bikes and accessories throughout Italy. Bikes are carefully packaged and shipped partially disassembled with assembly instructions. For orders outside Italy, contact us for a quote.

How long does it take to receive a bike?

Delivery times vary depending on availability: in-stock products are shipped within 2–3 business days.

Are bicycles delivered already assembled?

Bicycles purchased at our store are delivered fully assembled and ready to ride.

Bikes ordered online, on the other hand, are shipped partially assembled to ensure maximum safety during transport. Inside the package, you will find simple, detailed instructions to easily complete the final assembly.

If you prefer to receive it ready to use, you can choose free in-store pickup: the bicycle will be fully assembled and checked by our mechanics

Can I try the bike before purchasing it?

Absolutely. Visit our showroom in Florence: you can test-ride the models on display and receive personalized advice from our team.

Can I request modifications or customizations to the bike before purchasing it?

Yes! We can customize components and accessories according to your needs. Contact us or visit our store for a free consultation.

Where is the bicycle frame number?

It is often located beneath the bottom bracket (pedals) or in the headset area.

How do I park my bike in the city?

Lock your bike by threading the chain through the frame and front wheel, choosing tall posts or suitable bike racks.

How do I clean my bike?

Regular cleaning is important to keep your bicycle in good condition.

How can I clean my bike chain?

Lubricate the chain at least once a month.
