My name is Lorenzo Bianchi and I'm a true Florentine, born in 1981 in the San Lorenzo neighborhood, in the heart of Florence 's cycling scene. I'm the son of Sergio Bianchi , and the smell of tires and the aromas of cycling are in my DNA.

Today, I proudly lead the fourth generation of our historic shop, combining the craftsmanship of my father and grandparents with my passion for design and digital technology. For me, a bicycle is a perfect object: a masterpiece of engineering that deserves care, precision, and love.

I decided to put my experience on paper and personally create this series of articles and technical guides . You'll find not only mechanical knowledge, but the method we use every day in the shop and workshop to keep Florentines and other people's bikes running smoothly. Knowing how to adjust a brake or tighten a cable isn't just maintenance: it's a gesture of love for your freedom.
